Message from the Chairman of the Executive Board
Glass has long been used as material for packages of food, beverage and medical products. A glass container does not produce reaction with its contents thereby marking glass an ideal and popular material for these products’ packages. Glass containers have therefore contributed towards the success of a variety of goods. Glass can also be 100% recycled. For these reasons, almost every family has in some way handled or used glass products manufactured by Bangkok Glass Industry Co., Ltd. We also strive to maintain international standards with respect to quality, services, organization and administration. This policy has enabled both of our factories in Pathumthani and Rayong, to gain ISO 9002 certification from SGS Thailand, and attests our firm commitment in our business operation. As a social contribution, the company also encourages the public to participate in its recycle activities in coordination with the government and private sectors, school, hotel groups to increase consciousness in addressing cabbage problems. The company will always try to achieve its operation objective as stated above to maintain its leadership in glass-container manufacturing industry.
